Our Global Workforce
Fostering, educating and inspiring the next generation of leaders
We have been investing in the professional development of our employees since the early years of our founding in 1941, and we are recognised globally for our commitment to comprehensive training, talent development and expert leadership. Today, we continue our efforts in attracting and retaining people of diverse backgrounds and perspectives, supporting their growth and development, and fostering an inclusive culture across our organisation.
Our Social Impact
Making a difference in the communities where we live and work
With a presence in over 70 countries and territories, we recognise that our success is closely linked to the communities where we operate, and we are constantly looking for opportunities to make a difference. Whether building homes for the unsheltered in Florida or supporting victims of earthquakes and tsunamis in Indonesia, Crawford employees donate their time to restore lives, businesses and communities around the world.
Our Sustainability Commitment
Working to ensure the sustainability of our company and the world around us
Today, with the acceleration of climate change and the increasing severity of weather-related catastrophes, we have a unique opportunity and a responsibility to use our expertise and capabilities to address these environmental challenges. It's about doing what's right for our clients, our people and our planet while charting a course that safeguards our environment and ensures growth and prosperity for all stakeholders.
Our Corporate Governance
Ensuring transparency, effective oversight and accountability at every level
From the diverse experience of our board and corporate management team to our regular reporting and independent auditing practices, our robust corporate governance ensures transparency, effective oversight and accountability at all levels of our global operations. Upholding the highest professional and ethical business standards lets us promote the best interests and different perspectives of all our stakeholders.
Gender Pay Report
Transparency is key to the diversity and inclusion strategy at Crawford. We openly share the government’s ambition to see balance at all levels across Crawford and other companies in the financial sector.
Government legislation requires any organisation that has 250 or more employees to publish and report specific numbers about their gender pay gap. The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women. The gender pay gap is different from equal pay which concerns men and women being paid the same pay for the same work or work of equal value. Crawford does not believe that equal pay is an issue in the UK business.
In line with government requirements, Crawford has reported on their gender pay gap and you can review the full results at the link below.
