Anthony McKinnon

As part of Crawford Australia’s property loss adjusting area, Anthony leads our domestic (residential) claims across Australia’s metro/ capital cities. With a keen eye for clients’ evolving expectations, Anthony is also part of our client account management team.

Under Anthony is a team of internal claims adjusters (who manage claims from the desk) and external claims adjusters (who are on the road visiting sites where a loss has occurred). On behalf of insurers and others, Anthony’s team works through the claims process with residential homeowners, property managers and tenants. When devastating catastrophic weather events occur, Anthony’s team scales up to assist.

Anthony has been with Crawford for the past seven year and in claims management for 23 years. He is a qualified structural engineer and also a Fellow member of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters.
