Desiree has been with Crawford since 2020 as Manager of the Bodily Injury department. In addition to management tasks, such as maintaining internal and external contacts, organizing work meetings, performance and appraisal interviews, coaching employees in training etc.

As manager, attending court cases and mediation processes on behalf of clients. In addition to these activities, it is also her job in complaint proceedings to assess and resolve complaints arising in the case handling of colleagues.

She also works as a Bodily Injury expert for clients such as insurers, organizations and municipalities. The integrated file handling involves guiding various processes, from occupational health and medical processes to assessing liability and estimating damages, as well as making home visits to victims and negotiating with advocates. Integrated case handling includes assisting with various processes, from occupational health and medical processes to legal assessment of liability and valuation and determination of damages. Also conducting interviews at claimants' homes as settlement interviews with legal representatives and or lawyers. File handling also includes settlement discussions with opposing parties.
