Industrial Civil Engineer, Deputy General Manager of Crawford Affinity, in charge of the companies based in Chile: Legaxion, Redasistencia and Trassa. She has worked at Crawford since 2008. She has experience in several departments such as operations, marketing, and sales, leading the massive TPA business lines.

She specializes in mass business lines such as TPA (Third Party Administrator) specifically Assistance, Legal Services, Contact Center, Administration of Insurance and Guarantee programs, Back Office Services, and mass data processing, as well as IT projects and solutions.

As of the month of October, she assumes the General Management of Legaltec.
