Suzanne Ferguson

Having graduated with an MA in Business & Finance in 2001, Suzanne joined the Insurance Industry in 2005 as a team leader, working up to Continuous Improvement Champion, where she got a taste for how rewarding operational transformation could be. Having been with Crawford for over a decade now, Suzanne has held a number of leadership roles within the organisation, amassing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and insight into operational leadership and transformational change.
