Crawford & Company appoints chief customer officer for UK & Ireland
Debbie Little brings over 25 years of claims handling experience to the role
Crawford is delighted to announce the appointment of Debbie Little to the newly-created role of chief customer officer, UK & Ireland, with immediate effect. In this role, Little will be responsible for evolving and enhancing Crawford’s comprehensive customer strategy. This will include developing customer metrics, market insights, data, and analytics to ensure the customer experience at Crawford is integrated at every level and that good customer outcomes are at the heart of all business decisions. Based in London, she will report to Lisa Bartlett, chief operating officer, International Operations.
